Starting up my tumblr again
Cut down on the meds and feeling okay. My brain is still fucked though. Got a referral to a counsellor which I’m freaking out on.
Things I am pledging to accomplish
- stop binge eating
- start therapy
- stop watching tv before 7:30pm
- be present in life
- be more honest
- love myself (I’d settle for care about myself)
